Though previously top producing independent agents, Doug Crutcher and P.J. Hartley realized that when it comes to Real Estate, two heads are definitely better than one! In 1997 we paved new territory as the first Real Estate Team in East Texas. We decided to unite in partnership, embracing the true TEAM philosophy:

Now a team of six, customer service is the core of our business. With 75% of our yearly production from Past Clients, we strive to be on top of current technological advances that are changing the face of business.

Whether buying or selling, relocating or building, our years of experience will benefit a first time homeowner as well as a seasoned client. This is because our marketing program is a lot like our personalities: a little bit elegant, a little bit whimsical, and very, very persistent!

Crutcher and Hartley are proud to be a member of the East Texas community and strive to make it a better place for all of us to call home. We participate in numerous philanthropic initiatives each year. This year we chose to help with the fight to end hunger throughout East TX! We love our community & are happy to be a collection site this year for the East TX Food Bank.  In the past we were  included in the sponsorship of the CASA Champagne and Chocolate Benefit, the Trinity Mother Frances "Pearls for Promises" program, and the Komen "Race for the Cure."
