Doug Crutcher has been helping folks
transplant their hearts for well over
15 years, here in East Texas. As a husband,
father and now grandfather Doug has
moved his family over 12 times in 25
years and understands all to well the
stress it can cause on all involved.
As a Licensed Real Estate agent, he

tools available to help sell clients
homes quickly and with as little discomfort
as possible. As a partner in one of
Tyler's top producing real estate teams
Doug also feels the stress and strains
of today's current market conditions
and works feverishly with his group
to position their clients properties

P.J. Hartley is a licensed Realtor with
RE/MAX Properties in Tyler, Texas with
years of Customer Service and Sales
experience. She relocated from the Dallas
area to Tyler in 1997.She is a graduate
of Southern Methodist University with
a degree in Journalism, specializing
in advertising and public relations.
Her strong entrepreneurial background
precedes her Real Estate career.

her collaboration with long time partner
Doug Crutcher, resulting in the first
real estate team in East Texas. The
philosophy that everyone achieves more
is a testament to her team spirit.
P.J. works tirelessly for her clients,

of the week, or nature of the call.

Specialist. She and partner Doug Crutcher

each year since joining RE/MAX in 2005.

P.J. and her husband Larry have three
adult children and twin granddaughters.

Debbe is our Buyer's Agent .Having lived
in East Texas for most of her life,
Debbe Hill both knows and loves the
Tyler area. She has been involved in
retail sales and real estate property
management for over 25 years. Most importantly,
Debbe understands the needs of a family
in transition. It is her desire to provide
you with the highest level of customer
satisfaction and support.
Debbe holds Bachelor’s and Master’s
degrees in Education and spent 8 years
working in that field. With her husband,
she spent 15 years in the Lumber and
Hardware business. Debbe and her husband
Charles have 2 grown children and a
new granddaughter!
Contract to Closing Assistant
Karen is our Contract to Closing Assistant.
Her first priority is to assist you
as a Buyer or Seller, making sure that
everyone involved in the closing process
has all the information needed. She
keeps correspondence, not only with
you, but also your lenders and the title
companies. She orders home warranties,
sets up inspections for the purchase
properties, schedules repairs, and handles
all important details and paperwork
needed for your transaction to close
with ease.
From Contract to Closing, Karen is your
point of contact.
Marketing Director
Ashley has been in real estate marketing
for three years and is a native to East
Texas. It is her job to market your
home online and in print. Her responsibilities
include photography and photo editing,
copywriting, building promotional materials,
and managing the databases in which
your home is included. In addition,
she plans and organizes charitable and
promotional events sponsored by REMAX
PROPERTIES.
