Though
previously top producing independent
agents, Doug Crutcher and P.J. Hartley
realized that when it comes to Real
Estate, two heads are definitely better
than one! In 1997 we paved new territory
as the first Real Estate Team in East
Texas. We decided to unite in partnership,

we strive to be on top of current technological

because our marketing program is a lot
like our personalities: a little bit
